- 6.3 Divclick.in reserves the right to moderate and remove any feedback or content that violates its policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
- 7.1 Divclick.in does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the services provided by the Providers.
- 7.2 Divclick.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or the engagement with Providers.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara - Gujarat, India.
