This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for the services provided by divclick.in, including photography, web design and development, and app design and development. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Photography Services

  • 1.1 Refund requests for photography services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • 1.2 If the Client is dissatisfied with the quality of the photographs delivered, they must notify divclick.in within 7 days of receiving the photographs, providing specific reasons for the dissatisfaction.
  • 1.3 If divclick.in determines that the dissatisfaction is reasonable and justified, a partial or full refund may be provided at divclick.in's discretion.
  • 1.4 No refund will be provided if the Client has approved and accepted the photographs.

2. Web Design and Development Services

  • 2.1 Refund requests for web design and development services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • 2.2 If the Client decides to cancel the project before its completion, a refund may be provided based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
  • 2.3 No refund will be provided for the completed work, and the Client may not use or distribute any unfinished or source code provided by divclick.in in such cases.

3. App Design and Development Services

  • 3.1 Refund requests for app design and development services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • 3.2 If the Client decides to cancel the project before its completion, a refund may be provided based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
  • 3.3 No refund will be provided for the completed work, and the Client may not use or distribute any unfinished or source code provided by divclick.in in such cases.

4. General Refund Conditions

  • 4.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to divclick.in, clearly stating the reasons for the request.
  • 4.2 Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • 4.3 Any third-party fees or expenses incurred during the project will not be refundable.
  • 4.4 The maximum liability of divclick.in for any refund shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

5. Termination

  • 5.1 In the event of termination of the project by divclick.in due to the Client's violation of the terms of service or failure to provide necessary cooperation, no refund will be provided.
  • 5.2 In case of termination by the Client before project completion, the refund will be subject to the conditions mentioned in sections 2 and 3 of this Policy.

6. Amendments to this Policy

  • 6.1 divclick.in reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • 6.2 Clients are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
