a. The copyright of the images and videos is assigned to the photographer under the copyright Designs and Patents Acts.

a. The clients grant the photographer permission to display any photographs or videos covered by this contract for promotional purposes, including advertising, brochures, social media posts, websites, and sample albums.

a. Photograph and video quality depend on various factors such as event atmosphere, lighting conditions, and the cooperation of subjects.

b. The photographer will not be held responsible for technical failures resulting in the non-production of photographs or videos.

c. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions related to photography or videography at the venue.

d. The photographer's charges only include photography and videography services; transportation, props, outfits, makeup artists, helpers, and meals are not provided.

a. The client is required to pay 50% of the agreed amount as an advance payment, which covers expenses for co-persons, rental equipment, and album printing.

b. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon completion of the event.

c. Low-resolution photographs will be provided before full payment, while full payment is required to receive high-quality photographs and edited videos.

a. The photographer will be the sole professional photographer at the specified venues. However, guests are encouraged to take photographs throughout the day.

b. The photographer will not capture photos during the wedding breakfast/lunch/dinner and will utilize this time for a break.

c. While a meal is not mandatory, it would be greatly appreciated.

d. The photographer will not capture photos or videos of "Gruh Pravesh". The client have to pay extra amount for the "Gruh Pravesh" photography or videography.

e. The photographer cannot be held liable for any personal accidents on the client's side during the shoot.

a. The photographer will provide the final photographs either online or on a pen drive. Printed copies are not included in the services.

b. Additional photo editing will be charged on a per-photo basis.

c. The client can request changes for the teaser video, limited to a single revision.

d. Changes to the highlight video or full video are not allowed, but the client may provide references or songs in advance.

e. The photographer will provide the final video, including all usable video clips. Raw video files will not be provided.

f. The photographer reserves the right to delete faulty or unclear video clips and photographs.

a. Photos will be delivered with edits and color corrections. Any further editing will incur an additional charge.

b. The photographer accepts a single revision for the teaser video or short videos.

c. Corrections for the main video are not acceptable, and if requested, additional charges will apply.

d. For album design, the photographer will provide 3 to 4 design sheets for theme approval, and a single revision is acceptable for album editing.

a. If the client(s) cancels the booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

i. Cancellation from the booking date until one week before the event: 5% of the total amount.

ii. Cancellation with less than one week before the event: 10% of the total amount.

iii. Cancellation on the event date: 50% of the total amount.

b. In the event of cancellation by the photographer, no cancellation fees will be charged.
